This year we have several projects that we want to get going-
Construction –
We are going to start an electronic construction class so that members can gain experience in component identification, soldering and fault finding. Like any skill soldering is learnt and refined though repetition, we are hoping that through the physical handling of components and circuit construction the increase members knowledge of electronics especially radio and build a greater understanding of the hobby.
HF Antenna-
Well our HF antenna has not faired well in the bad weather so the time has come to update the old doublette.
Morse Classes-
A couple of times a year we have morse sessions as a group suitable for beginners or proficient operators.
Presentations-
Its been a while since we had a technical talk so lets see what we can come up with this year.
